Mrs. Tokunaga is a senior advisor and partner at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group-Brazil, a highly specialized, international advisory, education and research organization serving family enterprises. Founded in 1989, it is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

Ms. Tokunaga specializes in family strategic planning, succession, governance and development projects for family-controlled companies.

Ms. Tokunaga often participates in seminars, congresses, symposia and courses in the areas of family therapy, psychology, education, human development and governance as a speaker and listener. She is a guest professor at IBGC, IBMEC-SP and PUC-SP

Before joining Cambridge, Ms. Tokunaga  worked at Grupo Cia de Talentos where she had the opportunity to conduct projects of organizational diagnosis, recruitment, selection and development programs in companies such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Itaú Unibanco, among others. During this period she went through several training and certifications in the Human Development area and concluded her specialization in Professional Guidance.

She is also the author of the book “Crise dos 30 – A Adolescência da vida adulta” (Crisis at 30 – The adolescence in the adult life).

Mrs. Tokunaga has a BA  and a Masters degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has a specialization in vocational training from Instituto Pieron. She speaks English & Portuguese.
